Wasn't easy task to find the right person, but if you talk to the right person your issues will be sort out in professional way and quickly. Main thing with PPR, maybe, to many staff and to many of them working from home and too many of them passing messages to others and other working from home...
Phone always goes to voicemail. I left two messages but no one has even bothered to call me back despite of leaving my name and number. Seems like they don’t really care.
