Harmeet Bajwa (owner)is never on site Does not communicate with customers Broken things and does not repair them back Never listen to the customer Never cleans after job Does not fix the things fully I personally would not recommended this builder Make sure you don’t pay in full until you are satisfied and happy with the job Good to hear however it’s funny how quick you are to check these reviews but when it comes to finishing a job that you are getting paid for an excuse was always said. It’s only fair to share my opinion and warn people they will be waiting months and months for their job to be completed. They would only pay in full when the jobs completed not left half way
Mr Hermit Singh is one of the best builders I’ve worked with! He did the full refurb/renovation on a one bed flat. Water, electricity & gas were all turned off because they weren’t safe to use. He demolished all the walls, ceilings and floors and rebuilt this flat from scratch. New walls, new ceilings with insulation, NEW ROOF, new wiring, new plumbing including new central heating system with.boiler, new bathroom with concealed shower, new kitchen with 6 integrated appliances, marble effect porcelain and ceramic tiling throughout the whole flat! At the end he provided gas and electric safety certification as well!!! I must also apologise for stressing him and his team, as I am a perfectionist and nothing less will do. Will I use them again? For sure! They’re already booked on my next job, so hands off!!!
